Fine for the money. A few fine hairs were missed and cushion / pillow could do with a wash/replacement as didn't smell fresh.

The blow-dry service here was very disappointing. It took an hour just to wash and blow-dry my hair, and the stylist kept blaming my hair’s dryness instead of addressing it. There was a noticeable lack of customer service, like not even offering to hang up my coat. Overall, the service and staff are severely lacking in basic customer care. I needed a quick blow-dry for a wedding, but I could have done a better job myself and saved the £30. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
