The massage was really good but the facials was below average.
I had particles of facial scrubs and facial soap on my hair and in my nostril after the treatment. The therapist wasn’t professional at all and didn’t speak to me at all, or explain the process or what’s being used and if I was okay with everything. My face was literally dry and white after the treatment. Not a nice experience.
I’ve done better facials and won’t be returning.

Therapists didn’t speak to me or my daughter. Didn’t tell us what they were putting on our skin, didn’t do an allergy test, kept leaving the room, left for lunch and came back smelling of beef noodles or something similar. Was a drastic experience that I would never do again.

I showed the Hairdresser a picture and asked her not too cut too much hair and that I want long layers in the back and a few layers at front to shape my face. What I get is nothing that looks like the picture and a lot of my hair cut. It took me so long to grow out that hair and now I have tons of short layers in the back and one big layer of hair at the front. It looks so weird to me. I’m mainly upset about all the effort, of growing out my hair and making the back length even, going to waste.
