Unfortunately I found the personal hygiene poor of someone who was treating me and as a result, I had to ask for an alternative person to wash my hair instead. All felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary as such a situation should not arise in a beauty salon where you should leave feeling good. I didn't. I have cancelled my next appointment too and told the owner before I left the reason why. Unlikely that I'll be attending again.
