I like getting my threadings done here as they are really good. But my last appointment for facial was very disappointing. It felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. Her techniques were poor and she did the bare minimum. Booked an hour worth of facial and she finished in 40mins. I don’t like leaving negative feedback but hopefully you can learn from this and provide more training to your staff. I will go back for threadings but not facials.
