i didn’t end up with Victoria, I had Maria instead. Had to wait 40 minutes (despite booking) for my therapist to have lunch and then was greeted with rude service. It seemed like Maria didn’t want to be there. My cuticles were pushed down so low that they bled and are still sore from chunks of flesh being cut (2 days later!) The biab was so thick on my nails, they look ridiculous. I have since been to another salon to get them re-done as I was embarrassed to keep the set that Maria did.
