When my appointment started the nail technician told me that this didnt include any cuticle work. This was not made clear at all on the listing. I had to pay a lot more at the venue to have this included. I messaged the manager on Whatsapp and was completely ignored. Alexandra was lovely but some of my cuticles were cut.
