Didn’t get all my gel off and had to pay full amount even though I didn’t get any polish back on. Also, cut my cuticles too short which made the bleed. Was disappointed this time as I have been before to Ardor and loved it. Not sure about going back.

Love this place - always a quick & efficient wax with some friendly conversation. Recently I’ve had a rash all over my body, I emailed in advance to see if they were happy to do my usual wax; The response was so kind & understanding. Fab service.
