Booked with the lady ( Therapist 2) whom I trust and happy with her work.
On arrival I was told I’ll be looked after by another specialist, all the while I saw the lady I booked with was doing other clients more advanced nails job. Felt not nice, I’m a client as well.
As a result I’ve ended up with painful cuts in three places and less than a week my hands look drastic, cuticles like rags not to say cuts around nails hurt.
Unless it’s therapist 2 , I would not trust.

Alesia is really talented. My set of Classic Lash Extensions were exceptionally well applied and look lovely. In addition to being thoroughly professional and extremely efficient Alesia has a great manner and makes any appointment (even with your eyes closed for a while) an enjoyable experience. The manicure was okay, no issues apart from the nail polish starting to chip the very next day, but I'd stick with Kristela who is more experienced.
