It was my first time booking with Shabana and she was great from the start! Offered me tea or coffee when I walked in. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the waxing process and tried to make it as pain free as possible. She was also so precise and made sure to double check any areas that she might have missed. Honestly can't recommend her enough, Shabana is so polite and genuine. Excellent service - I'll definitely be coming back here as a returning client.

I have been getting my wax done for years all over London so have visited a bunch of different salons and I have to say that this was the best of them all. I cannot stress enough how extremely good, welcoming, friendly

Shabana was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. She took her time and paid attention to detail and was one of the least painful waxes I’ve had in years! She offered refreshments and regularly made sure I was ok during the service. Would recommend to anyone in the area. 10/10!! So happy I’ve found someone that takes pride in their work with great customer service.

The whole experience was lovely. I was supported in decision making and helped make a decision. When I arrived it was very calm and relaxed. I felt not rush or stress. The place was very clear and Shabana was so kind. She had some tea and cake ready whilst I waited for her to prepare products.
She was communicative and kind, and attentive me. I wasn't feeling like being very chatty and she fully respected that which was nice.
Discovery upon hair washing is that the chair was a massage chai!!
