The staff are lovely.
My first treatment for balayage was fine, happy with the colour, however the second treatment has left my hair really damaged and straw like.
Maybe the bleach was left on too long, my hair has never been this dry when I’ve had treatments done before, even with oiling it daily and using hair masks it is still quite damaged.

I had my first ever perm done with Nikita. It was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and did everything very professionally. All the details were thought through even the smallest things were attended to so well. The clinic was super clean and everyone was beyond friendly and amazing. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of attending the shop and definitely recommend booking with Nikita.
