First your salon had no records of my online appointment even though I received an email reminder of the appointment. I changed appointment to the following morning. Appointment was for 11am, my daughter finally got into the chair at 11:20am. Online fee for girl under 10 states £10.50 however I was charged £15 for a 10 minute trim. Then the salon had no change in the till so I had to wait for her to go across to the post office to get change. Horrible experience!!!

Love my hair it looks great.my hairdresser Caroline was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very pleased with the haircuts for my children. Unfortunately however, my online booking did not appear on their booking system. Fortunately the salon was able to fit me in, it would have been very frustrating if they had not been able to.
