Uncomfortable chairs
Mirrors positioned far to high so can’t see your own hair being styled
A simple bouncy blow dry took over an hour and a half – booking said 30 minutes
Stylist left clip in the back of my hair
Didn’t show me back of my hair
Stylist tried to CUT my fringe without asking – said my fringe was uneven but its not – stylist repeatedly parted my hair incorrectly
Top of my hair looked matted
Huge chunks of hair were left undone/ straight
Spent an hour redoing my own hair
