Turned up for my booking and a lady (not Abby) seemed suprised. English was limited but eventually got to ‘Treatwell’, she went round the back to make phone calls (to Abby?). I asked a male in the corner for the toilet, he replied he ‘didn’t speak English’. 10 mins later, the man was instructed to cut my hair- clearly shocked himself. A straight bob was translated via the other lady. The technique, products incl. blunt scissors and outcome were shocking! DO NOT BOOK THIS! I regret staying

I've had a silk press here three times and I have been pleased with the results every time. I'm never kept waiting for long and all the stylists have been really friendly.
