Very high quality service, the stylist who looked after me was attentive to what I asked and (importantly for me because I have a sensitive scalp) gentle with her manipulations. I will likely come back when I next need a trim :)

great and friendly multiethnic staff who appear to be highly skilled in a variety of hair textures and treatments. in my time there i saw 4+ ethnicities and genders being catered to with great proficiency. neat canerows with no uncomfortable tension. excellent manicure from Cường, really happy with the service, will be back.

Turned up for my booking and a lady (not Abby) seemed suprised. English was limited but eventually got to ‘Treatwell’, she went round the back to make phone calls (to Abby?). I asked a male in the corner for the toilet, he replied he ‘didn’t speak English’. 10 mins later, the man was instructed to cut my hair- clearly shocked himself. A straight bob was translated via the other lady. The technique, products incl. blunt scissors and outcome were shocking! DO NOT BOOK THIS! I regret staying
