Terrible - I got there on time, and was told the stylist hadn't turned up, but would be "on her way." I asked how long it would be, and was told 10 minutes, so I settled in to wait. The only stylist there - the only person there - then disappeared into the back with another customer, and I was left for 30 minutes. She eventually re-appeared, I was told I couldn't have a refund when I asked for one, so I had the haircut. The stylist eventually turned up an hour late, no apologies. Dreadful.

Had a long hair wash/ cut/ blow dry. The team is very nice and the cut very efficient.
