The Salon had moved to a temporary location whilst roadworks are going on. Unfortunately this meant that the salon is currently running out of cardboard boxes and not really set up to be a salon. Also, the temporary venue has a different name (KayJays hair salon) which made it even harder to find (and when I did find it, my first assumption was that it couldn't be there because quite honestly it looked like a dumping ground for an old salon!).
That said, Abbey was great, really friendly and she explained the situation when I arrived. Despite salon appearances, Abbey was extremely helpful and understood what I wanted to get to. I think the cut may be a little short, but not drastically. The treatment itself was really good.

I booked a fringe cut at 12.30. She called me at 11, asking to postpone the appointment at 2pm. I said I couldn't so we agree for 1pm. I was there on time, the place was locked with the shutter down. I waited 10 minutes, I got no calls, nobody was there so I left. Very disappointing. I'm glad I didn't pay in advance.

I am totally satisfied with the results. Went for a hair cut and wash. The lady is really kind, and talkative. Enjoyed every minute of it. My hair is now fabulous. Went with one idea for my new haircut, but she recommended another and I trusted her and I am loving the results. Totally worth it!

Nice staff and easygoing. The haircut and treatment was also good and the lady made sure I got what I wanted.
