Cancelled booking and then when I turned up for my new booking they got the time wrong despite having sent me a confirmation text. Absolute shocking service and told me I’m unable to get a refund since they didn’t know how to process one!

Was told my appointment wasn’t sent by treatwell had to go away for an hour and come back no discount given. Be clear about pricing was charged over amount expected and did not wax areas Left Hairs everywhere and was not full body wax. Painful and slow technique

Convenient clean and new. The lady who attended to me was friendly, but wasn't well briefed on the booking. Bikini line wasnt the best, will give another try as it was decent vfm.
