Ark is a nice looking and friendly salon , the people are nice and very welcoming. Unfortunately I left with a disappointing hair do! My colour was not the colour I wanted, l wanted a light coloured copper red and ended up with a dark burgundy purple tone. Personally I think I was not given a insight into what the colour would be at the end, it was a case of you need to mix this with this because of your roots, but I was not told the colour it would turn out like if I had I would disagreed. No clarity
