Emma was lovely but the colouring I received is a bit blotchy and and inconsistent. Some of this is because I had a tiny bit of colour treated hair already but most of the spotty colour isn't due to this. Went in for balayage and left with an ombre that I'm not sold on. If you want trendy hair colouring I'd go to a salon that specialises in colour. Overall, okay experience but I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

The curls came out really nice and bouncy (without any strong unpleasant smell) and the staff were all very welcoming x
