I was booked in for a T-section, which turned out pretty well. However, the costumer service was very poor the staff isn’t friendly. As a new costumer I was pretty much just overlooked and all the stylist were busy with their regulars.

It was my first time at Armani hair and find it really disappointing, since my check in I didn't feel welcome enough, no smile but just one of the numbers.
Also my hair were dry and tangled and I had to tell to put some mask otherwise it was just pulling hair without any gentleness.
My blow dry was quite disappointing as in the evening my hair didn'have a proper shape and no bounce in the ends as was supposed to be.
Overall I felt no passion for their work but just work.

My favourite salon in the area, all the ladies are lovely and friendly. Sarah always listens well to what I want and my cut always comes out exactly as requested. I love my new hair, thank you!!

My first wash, cut and blow dry since the lockdown was lifted.
My layers had outgrown and I had split ends galore.
Sarah moved around my head, with her scissors, like an artist and trimmed away.
My layers are back, framed nicely around my round face and no splits ends!!
Thanks Sarah for a much needed haircut 💇♀️
