There was a bit of miscommunication at first as i wasn't clear on what i wanted so i called back 30min after leaving. Both were very nice and understanding when i said it wasn't quite what i was expecting and let me come back the next hour. Very happy with the result now and very likely to go back !

Really flexible as I needed to rearrange the appointment. The hair dresser listened to what I wanted rather than doing her own thing which was really appreciated and was friendly. Missed out on the hair dresser coffee but had magazines.

I was happy with my blow dry and cut.
Th only feedback I have is that I didn't really get the experience of being at the hairdressers and it felt like they were keen to get me in and out quickly, didn't offer me a drink etc.
