I had a really great experience. Emma was really nice and friendly. She listened to everything I said and made sure she understood what I wanted. I changed my long hair to shoulders length so I was quite scared about this, but Emma checked different lengths to make sure I like it. Great results. I love my new hair cut!

I was booked in for a T-section, which turned out pretty well. However, the costumer service was very poor the staff isn’t friendly. As a new costumer I was pretty much just overlooked and all the stylist were busy with their regulars.

It was my first time at Armani hair and find it really disappointing, since my check in I didn't feel welcome enough, no smile but just one of the numbers.
Also my hair were dry and tangled and I had to tell to put some mask otherwise it was just pulling hair without any gentleness.
My blow dry was quite disappointing as in the evening my hair didn'have a proper shape and no bounce in the ends as was supposed to be.
Overall I felt no passion for their work but just work.
