The lady that did my hair was friendly. Wasnt offered a refreshment (refreshments were advertised) and wasn't overjoyed with my "bouncy blowdry". It was rather flat on top and not particularly curly.
On the seat were I was there was hair on the chair and floor which was left over from the last client. This was cleaned by blowing it with a hair dryer and it did go onto me and some in my face.

I was really pleased with the whole experience, I had 2 hairdressers putting the foils in, and they both clearly really knew what they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently- the final results look great and it was fantastic value for money.

Was left to wait ages for a simple patch test the week before but when I came back in for the hair cut and color I had Sarah who did a great job.
