Atmosphere was quite flat. Kept waiting 20 minutes with wet hair not knowing what was happening or who my hairdresser was. An ok haircut but more off than I asked for. Not a great experience for a first time customer.

1st time visiting the salon and it was a great experience. Sarah and the other lovely ladies were very friendly and accommodating fitting in additional high and lowlights after my cut. End result got lots of compliments so very happy customer and will be back in the near future. Thank you!
