Despite the great reviews I was really disappointed, the wash and cut were done rapidly without any effort for a minimum polite chat.

I went last minute to correct ombre done by other hairdresser. I like the fact that the stylist took the time to understand what I wanted and have done exactly what I asked for achieving a great result. I found it weird that they wanted to charge me £20 on top of agreed price because I wanted 3 colour ombre. Isn't an ombre a mix of few colours by definition? I end up getting one colour half head on mid length hair (which was a solution we agreed because I didn't want to pay more) for which I was charged as ombre. Also my hair was barely dried (I looked like a wet chicken with flat hair) even tho the salon was empty and literally had no appointments all day (as per Treatwell).
