Excellent. I keep going back. I don't know what I'd do workout it. Really great for my reccuring back tension.
I had a Thai yoga massage at Arokaya four days ago and still feel much better for it. It's the perfect combination of massage, stretching and chiropractic treatment. Highly recommended for anyone with serious muscle stiffness.

One word - amazing!! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Welcomed and my needs discussed then member of staff reccomended for what I wanted! Had an hour long deep tissue from Cherie who was fantastic only issue was wishing I'd booked a longer treatment! Can not reccomended highly enough will defiantly go back.
