Brilliant massage - probably the best Thai massage I've had in the UK! They managed to move my appointment slightly earlier too when I called up, and the customer service was excellent!
Deep Tissue Massage
I have been to Arokaya on four previous occasions and had a range of massage treatments, on this occasion I had the deep tissue massage. As a frequent runner I find that a regular treatment helps to relax the muscles and prevent injury. The ladies at Arokaya are all excellent at identifying and working on any problem areas and although it can be a little painful it really does help. I will no doubt be returning again soon and would definitely recommend this venue to others.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is the second time I have been to Arokaya and again I wasn't disappointed! Anna was very responsive to the problems I experience in my shoulders and back and focused a combination of techniques on these areas. Don't get me wrong a deep tissue massage can be painful (and it was) but I felt better for it a couple of days later and will definitely be returning.

Just what the doctor ordered! very firm, but feel much better after the massage. Will definitely return and possibly try one of the other treatments.
Swedish Massage
I have massages regularly, this one was the best to date! I've already told family & friends about it. I can't wait to return. So pleased :-)
