staff clearly wanted to go home. No conversation offered. My eye was glued shut. After a lot of pain to reopen my eyeball was scratched and i was in pain for 3 days. Then the eyelashes fell out in clumps. didnt even last a week. very disappointing. There was 1 hairdresser there that was lovely but unfortunatly she wasnt doing my lashes.
