As I was the first appointment in the morning, the room was not very warm - when I go again I shall go later in the day. I did wonder if I would have a choice of scent for the massage oil used, but did not - perhaps I should have asked. Also this was my first visit and I could have done with more introductory information about what clothing to remove, what would happen etc. This was not my first massage but venues vary.
