Spent a good amount of time explaining what I wanted, was reassured that she understood, Peggy was very nice and made me feel at ease. The haircut however was not what I wanted, I wanted texture and despite showing her a picture I came out with a very blown out volumised haircut that was uneven. Won’t be going back.

This is the second time Peggy has done my highlights. She took time to discuss what I wanted and we agreed to go a bit lighter this time. She is clearly very experienced at what she does, put the colour on with great skill and is warm and friendly too. The end results were lovely and I've had lots of compliments!
