Peggy was very pleasant and thorough and did a lovely bouncy blow dry. My appt was pushed back by 15 mins owing to staff shortages and so the salon gave me a conditioning treatment free of charge to make up for the delay. Great service!

Im sorry but the haircut is awful and it’s not even close to what I came in for.
Ladies' Haircuts
Peggy always does an amazing job on my hair. She listens to what I think I want and makes some suggestions - the outcome is always really lovely. She is also very welcoming and kind, and makes the 2-3 hours spent in the salon lovely and relaxing.
Hair Colouring
The appointment was a very disappointing, stressful and unpleasant experience and I will have to have the color and cut corrected.
I have found the full head of highlights to look very uneven, colour is not blended well and the application was quite far from the hair roots, which will lead a substantial regrowth in a short space of time. The cut is not what I asked for.
Have launched a complaint with Treatwell.
Do not recommend.
