I had a great haircut here over Christmas whilst visiting family, so travelled out of my way to book the same stylist again - especially as it's a small local salon and I try to support independent businesses. I was running a few minutes late for my 4pm appointment, and called ahead to let the salon know - they said this was fine. By the time I arrived at 4.10pm, I was met with blank looks and told there had been a "mix-up", "someone had arrived with the same name who had booked directly, not from Treatwell, we just assumed it was you," and so my stylist had "already started on someone else and would be at least 40 minutes." This was all said very unapologetically, and there was no offer of a discount or attempt to find another stylist. I had plans that evening so it meant I couldn't get my haircut and had made the inconvenient journey for nothing. Really disappointed and won't be booking again.
Ladies' Haircuts
Second time Tracy has washed and blow dried my hair. The salon has a nice atmosphere and is well located. My thick shoulder length hair looked fab afterwards. Very smooth shiny finish and it lasted ages. I can never get it lookinglike this myself. Tracy is very professional and styles my hair just how I wanted it. I have compliments afterwards on how great it looks. Only wish I could afford a weekly blow dry!

I was overall very satisfied with my visit.
Stephen was great and was very helpful and gave me some good ideas and what to do with my haor.
