exceptional service, anna attention to detail is well executed. throughout the facial I was made to feel comfortable and valued. the whole procedure was explained step by step which gives great reassurance when carried out. the facial itself was carried out with a high degree of professionalism and I was very happy with the results. I left with fresh glowing face and smile. I cannot recommend Anna enough!
