First ever LVL lash experience and very disappointed! If my lashes were in 'bad condition' then I expected the therapist to tell me that and an expectation of the result prior to starting the treatment. Lashes did not look tinted nor 'lifted' - I was still using my lash curler the next day. Unfortunately, a miss for me! 😕
Everything at the place was great, Oxana seems like a lovely young woman however as it was my first time getting any lash treatment done I wish that she had walked me through a bit more. She did say some things but that sometimes she would just apply something different and I had no idea what was going on. Maybe a bit more talking would have helped me feel more at ease. That said she definitely seemed like she knew what she was doing. The result is amazing for someone like me who is used to having dead straight lashes, however the ones on my right eye are a bit more curled so the result isn't perfectly even. But that's nothing that can't be fixed with a minute with an eyelash curler.

I got my eyebrows filled in and shaped with Semi-Permanent makeup, I waited 3 weeks before posting my review as the colour takes time to develop and I wanted to review the final outcome. I absolutely love the end result! They look natural and are a lovely shape, better then I have ever been able to recreate myself with eyebrow pencils. Oxana was lovely and professional. She takes you through what will happen during and after the treatment and consults you on what eyebrow shape you want and what she thinks will work best before penciling them in. She doesn't begin the permanent makeup until you're happy with the shape. The treatment was slightly uncomfortable at first as I opted to not use numbing cream but when I started to feel more discomfort Oxana used numbing cream and it was painless. I'll definitely get a top up in a year or so.

Oxana was so welcoming and explained every treatment in exact detail. She made me feel comfortable and spent ages measuring my brows for the perfect shape, which filled me with lots of confidence in her. Love my brows now, and booked in for the next treatment already!
