I requested Melanie not to cut much on the sides or the length or at he back, and take some of the length and thickness on top. Instead she cut very short my hair above the ears and also at the back by the neck, and very little on top. But she is a fun person and very friendly, so I will go back and hopefully next time she will follow my wishes.

First time having BIAB nails. Wasn’t really talked through what BIAB is compared to other manicures, and the scruff behind the manicurists nails was off putting. It’s 10 days since my manicure and the edges are looking tatty and the shape of the nails as they grow is very miss matched and unequal. Looked good for first couple of days with the exception of one nail which had been over filed and badly shaped.
