The masseuse was very nice but didn’t listen to what I wanted: I asked for her to focus on shoulders and neck as that’s where tension was, she acknowledged this but proceeded with a standardised full back and arm massage.
I then asked her to increase the pressure but despite acknowledging it, I didn’t notice a difference nor did she ask if it felt any better.
As I say she was very nice but what could’ve improved it was some kind of consultation to begin with, or lite rapport building or listening to my needs.
I was a few minutes late to to the appointment so I do understand she may have been thrown off by thatbor trying to give me max value for money by just going straight into it but tbh waste of my time and parking money as it just felt like someone rubbing their hands up and down me not much of a massage wlement to it.

I had a great experience, the hairdresser was amazing she helped me a lot with her advice and my hair looks exactly as I wanted. Perfect haircut :)
