Wasn’t too happy with the result of my haircut. Because of the language barrier, she didn’t seem to understand what I wanted, which left me feeling stressed during the process. The haircut was what I tried to explain I didn’t want.

Really fantastic clinic where they can’t do enough for you and you are made to feel so welcome. Rosa made me laugh and feel at ease - I had a Hollywood + it’s the best wax I’ve had - she did it with skill and acute attention to detail. I’ll be back!
