Awful atmosphere between staff. Felt very rushed and stressed. Not a great selection of colours. Nails are really lumpy and nail art very messy. I was in the salon for 2.5hrs!!! Plus charged full price and when I commented at the end about the appointment not being worth the price I was told that the price cannot be altered!

Second time coming here and can’t fault their service, Jan was very quick and friendly throughout the appointment. Definitely becoming a regular customer here for my waxing needs.

It was overall decent but the waxing was done very well as after going home I found a lot of missed spots both on hand and leg. It was disappointing that I wasn’t even asked to check due to them being in a rush.
