Slight mix up as the time originally booked online was not available but they called in advance to move. In the end they even ended up being free, just ideally wouldnt have had to change at all. Michelle was fantastic, gave great advice and a great cut. Was chatty but also just let me enjoy relaxing and reading a magazine which is always important. The salon is clean and professional. I will be back again soon.
As what I expected a Hollywood treatment should be, easy, relaxed vibe, professional, welcoming, lovely staff, will definitely go again
The salon looked beautiful and clean , haircut was okay although not a lot time
Care put into it felt a little rushed , lady was very polite and chatty which was nice made

If I had to wash her and I did or had to pay extra unfortunaity for me was a very cold day so arrived with damp hair and freezing face not too pleasant to start . Not sure
I completely liked the cut myself and styled when I got home but was cheap offer so can't complain .
Easy booking; Michelle my stylist was very friendly, very attentive and very professional. The salon is spotless, large (not a tiny pokey place like some others), light and airey. I didn't have a drink but they offer different types of coffees and herbal teas. It is a bit pricey compared to other salons in the area but rightly so - I think this reflects the experience and longevity of the business - I was told the Salon has been there for well over 10 years and it has developed a loyal client base. Premium Moroccan Oil products used throughout for my dry, porous hair. Lovely layered cut with shiney sleek finish. My head felt so much lighter and smoother. Definitely worth treating yourself.
