I arrived on time and I was left waiting for 15 minutes. But the reason she was late was because she was with another client so this was understandable. Also I was surprised that the beautician was going to stay in the room while I undressed; at every other salon I’ve been to they left. I asked her to leave and she politely complied. Despite this the waxing was mostly pain free. The beautician was very polite and very thorough. The room and salon in general was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. Would come again and recommend to friends.

Friendly hairdresser but took about twice the length off that I had asked for which was quite a shock

The cut itself was good, however someone came in asking for an appt and, although he originally said he would be another 15 minutes, when the customer said they could not wait he shortened the time to 5 minutes so I felt quite rushed!
