Really disappointed, I went in for blonde highlights, the stylist (Kim) didn't ask me any questions after I said blonde and just went to mix in the back. I had to stop him and explain what I wanted. When I explained, he told me it was impossible for what I was asking, and I said that's fine, I want to know how close we can get/what we can do etc because I cannot stand brassy/yellow tones. He explained I would need highlights and then a toner to ensure it wasn't yellow/brassy - and the toner was an additional £60! Then, because of what I wanted, they needed more time so we rescheduled my appointment to later that day, which again, was fine. A different stylist did my hair, he was lovely, but at the end of it my hair was STILL YELLOW which was exactly what I didn't want. He said to give my hair a break, and if I still thought it was yellow he could put toner on again. I called 3 weeks later to say yes, it is still yellow, please can we re-do the toner, and Kim said because I waited so long (after his employee told me to wait and give my hair a break) that I would have to pay for the toner. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I paid £140 originally to have my hair done and it wasn't done to my satisfaction and now you want me to PAY to have it fixed?? Will never go back and will never recommend. SO disappointed. Save yourself the time, money and aggro and go somewhere else!
