Normally I have a great experience here and have been many times but today’s massage wasn’t great. The woman who did the massage was texting during it, she was only using one hand at certain points and would stop or slow down. When I turned over I saw that her phone was right next to the table. She also did about 20 min of it with the blanket on top so I asked if this was the deep tissue massage and if she was only going to do it this way. She then said she was going to start using oil now.
