The massage itself was pretty good. But this was slightly ruined by the noise you could hear from the room. You could hear all the staff chatting and no effort was made to ask other customers/staff to keep their voices down when in the salon. Normally at salons there are signs asking customers to keep their voices down but there were none here. I did mention it to the front of house who seemed pretty disinterested (not great!) and no apology was made they just said "thanks for letting me know".
