Haven’t been here for a while so it was an entirely new team, still the same great massage.
Swedish Massage
I am quite active and constantly stiffen up despite stretching a lot so I decided to get a deep tissue massage.
Andy was very good with relieving the tension in my body, and made me aware of the its and bits that I didn't know was tense until he started massaging! I feel lighter!
He was also very helpful in letting me know that my upper part of my body/neck area was tight and gave me recommendations on what to do outside the session, so I'm grateful for that. I would definitely go again.
