I actually left in tears as I had a medical stroke which has left me with permanent facial palsy and I think it’s really insensitive to comment on someone appearance - even if they meant to help, their offer could have been far more sensitive without leading with “you obviously slept funny”

No real engagement from the staff let alone a welcoming into the shop. Taken to my massage room with no guidance on what to do. Masseuse came in, didn’t ask me anything about injuries or even an attempt to make conversation. Just asked how long is the massage for. Spot lights on full beam, no calming atmosphere or music. She starting my massage wearing her puffer jacket! Got the impression it was the first time she’s ever done a massage as it certainly wasn’t a sports one. Won’t be coming back!
