I had a BIAB manicure. The entire service was so rushed even though I arrived ten minutes early. She was rough cutting my cuticles which resulted in two bleeding cuts, there was no acknowledgment or apology she just used the cleaning spray over them. I accidentally took my hand from under the lamp once, to which she snapped at me to put it back. Limited colour choices and the nails lifted after only three days so I had to get them re-done properly elsewhere.
