The lady who did my waxing was very lovely and nice but the treatment wasn't so great. I felt like she rushed my appointment and the waxing wasn't done properly. I noticed after all the waxing was done, it was not neat and the wax was still sticking on my legs and hair left on there. Despite paying so much for the treatments, i would have expected much better service and result.
