The lady who done my waxing wasn't the most professional there. She was loud with the bin (on the floor) she kept pushing and dragging to discard used wax. She kept huffing and puffing because my underarm hairs was hard to wax. She was making me embarrassed, eventhough I explained why it might have been hard to wax but she kept pointing it out. I don't think she was pleasant, I forgot her name but she did mention she's Lithuanian. Disappointed with her attitude overall. Sorry to write this. However, the venue is nice and always welcoming.
