Lovely staff with nice clean salon. The wax got too hot and started to burn my skin towards the end. But the beautician gave a thorough check after the wax to check she had removed all the hidden hairs which I don’t usually get in other salons. Would definitely recommend.

Brazilian and Underarm was. Very professional, clean salon, professional staff, nice ambience and the hot wax used was very good! Would recommend Eva my therapist for Brazilian/Hollywood.

When I arrived, the receptionist at the desk was extremely friendly. The place looks very nice. The lady took me into the room to do the waxing and was friendly. Everything was fine, but the room was a bit warm. It was fine for me, but the lady doing the waxing really seemed like she was too hot- she mentioned it a number of times.
The waxing seemed a bit rushed and not as much care was taken as other places I have been to- I have had my legs waxed numerous times. I thought it might be because she was too hot and maybe uncomfortable. I was completely comfortable and she did check this with me a number of times, which was nice.
At the end, she went out and just before told me to put on the after wax oil myself, which I was surprised by and not entirely happy with. As I was putting the oil on, I noticed that there were some small patches of hair around my knees that hadn't been done- they weren't very noticable but I would expect a proper service with care being taken to remove all hairs- they were not ingrown.
I wrote a Google Review explaining the above and got a response indicating that I must be lying, because they always do the after care treatement (they didn't on this occasion) and also implying that the hair that was left must have been ingrown (it wasn't).
I'm not someone who usually writes bad reviews, but the response to my review has incensed me because I don't lie.
I'm sorry to say that my experience wasn't particularly good, especially in comparison with other places I have been to, where they actually take a lot of care- even using tweezers to try to pluck out hairs that are difficult.
