Smells lovely inside, the gentleman on the front desk greeted me very well, great service from all staff. My wax itself was fine but don’t the wax was a bit difficult to come off in a couple places so I don’t think that wax is for me. Otherwise the lady was thorough in removing everything

Staff were lovely. Massage was delivered professionally and facial came with advice. More recommendations for types of beneficial facials may have been useful. Room seemed clean. Found the experience relaxing.
