Staff were lovely. Massage was delivered professionally and facial came with advice. More recommendations for types of beneficial facials may have been useful. Room seemed clean. Found the experience relaxing.

Enjoyed my massage by Justina. The team were very professional and the place was very clean. The massage was great and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing.

The therapist did not ask me at the start what issues I had and I felt the massage was not completely tailored to my needs as a result.
