I was treated really well, Helena was explaining the treatment and reassuring me it wasn’t too much painful. It was my first time and it went really well. My skin is very sensitive so it obviously got red and swollen for days.

Fantastic massage, Helena is very professional and really works into the muscles to release all tensions. Particularly liked the attention paid to the whole body, rather than just back, neck and shoulders as is traditional.

I’ve fast become a regular here as I loveeee their massages, but first time trying their facial, which was good. I had to stop to ask for a head band which I feel should be offered at the very beginning to prevent any product from getting on the customers hair

It is a lovely spa with nice staff members. My wax is a bit patchy but that is probably because I have shaved previously.
It was a painful experience - I guess they don’t have too much experience with plus size waxing. It is an okay worth of money as I got it on a deal on treatwell.
