Upon arrival you can instantly see how clean and tidy the spa is, and the sleek minimalistic decor is lovely and very inviting.
Both reception and my therapist were very welcoming and friendly.
I was taken to an immaculate treatment room and my therapist explained the treatment in full to me.
Being that I was heavily pregnant, she was very accomodating and offered her help to ensure I was comfortable on the massage bed.
My pregnancy massage was an hour in total, and it was 60 minutes of sheer bliss! Extremely relaxing and gentle - even the baby appeared to be enjoying it!
I will definitely be returning once I've had my baby, for one of the other massages they offer, as I would imagine one of these would be just as enjoyable. Highly recommend Artisa Spa and the pregnancy massage!!

Great deep tissue massage with Helena. I let her know the area which was causing me most difficulty and she really worked on those. Left feeling much better.
The spa is a fabulous find, who would have thought you could find such a great place in the heart of Leyton! Staff friendly and engaging and the spa is clean and welcoming. Would recommend.
